Ah, yes. The kind of jacket that can be smeared in mud yet leaves the wearer appearing impeccable. Quite English and quite proper. I’m not proposing you need to go running around on a fox hunt to wear this coat, but
it is one that, during those cold spring snaps, you can toss over pretty much anything from jeans, chinos, turtleneck, to a classic button down and pull it all together. Brushed cotton, a bit of insulation, JLP buttons, cut to make you look slim. It stuffs into a bag perfectly, too. Imported.
