One of the great classics on life in Kenya during the years between 1914 and 1931. This extremely rare original 1937 edition was published in England under the author's real name, Karen Blixen and is difficult to find. In 1938, an American Edition was published under her pen name, Isak Dinesen. It became the basis for the award-winning film with Robert Redford and Meryl Streep.
